Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Blenderspot. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

You enter a topic and choose a length and quality. Blenderspot writes a script, generates the footage, adds narration and captions, and returns one finished vertical video.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your Google account secure. One person, one account.

Credits

Videos are paid for in credits. Credits are bought in advance, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.

A video is charged when you approve its script and rendering begins. If a render fails, the credits are returned automatically. Credits are not returned for a video that renders successfully but that you simply do not like, because the cost of generating it has already been incurred. This is why the script is shown to you before anything is charged: it is the point at which to change your mind.

What you may not do

Do not use Blenderspot to make:

• content that impersonates a real person or organisation;
• content presented as fact that you know to be false;
• content that harasses, defames, or endangers anyone;
• sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises them;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• anything unlawful where you are.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this, without refund.

Who owns the videos

You own the videos you generate and may use them commercially. You keep the rights to the topics and text you supply.

We keep a licence to store and process your content only so far as running the service requires, and to show it back to you. We will not use your videos to promote Blenderspot without asking you first.

Generated content is not unique. Another user given a similar topic may receive a similar video, and we cannot promise exclusivity.

Accuracy

Scripts are written by an AI model. It can be wrong, and confidently so. We show you the script before rendering precisely because you are the one who checks it. Verify anything factual before you publish it. You are responsible for what you put out under your name.

Availability

The service is provided as is. Rendering depends on third parties, and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or always succeed. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give notice and refund unused credits.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending it

You can stop using Blenderspot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Unused credits are forfeited when an account closes.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above and tell registered users by email when the change is material.
